Privacy Policy
Official privacy disclosures for Flow Automation - Google Flow Batch Generator. We are committed to protecting user privacy, maintaining data minimization, and ensuring full transparency regarding data collection, handling, and storage practices.
1. Introduction
Scope and application of this policy
Flow Automation - Google Flow Batch Generator("we", "our", or "the Extension") is committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring full transparency regarding data collection, storage, handling, and usage practices.
This Privacy Policy explains how user data is collected, used, stored, and shared when you install and use the Flow Automation Chrome Extension. The Extension is specifically designed to automate batch AI image and video generation workflows on Google Flow (https://labs.google/fx/tools/flow).
2. Information We Collect
Strict data minimization principles
We strictly follow the principle of data minimization—collecting only the minimum data necessary to deliver the advertised automation functionality.
A. Information You Provide Directly
When you log in or sign up within the Extension, we process your email address and unique User ID via Supabase Authentication.
Multi-line text prompts, prompt batches, or text files (.txt / .csv) entered, pasted, or uploaded by you to construct the generation queue.
Optional image URLs or local image files uploaded by you to serve as character or style reference inputs for AI generations.
B. Automatically Collected Extension & Usage Data
Your selected automation preferences (e.g., active task type, model selection, random delay ranges, images per prompt, and subfolder save paths).
Daily image and video generation counts used to enforce Free and Pro subscription tier quotas.
Timestamps, job status (Queued, Running, Completed, Failed), and error messages stored locally to display execution history in the UI.
3. How We Use Your Information
Explicit single-purpose operations
We use collected information solely for explicit, single-purpose operations:
- To queue and submit your text prompts into Google Flow's generation interface as requested by you.
- To store your prompt queue, display real-time generation progress, and organize generated media files for local ZIP export or automatic download.
- To verify your account, check active subscription status (Free vs. Pro tier), and track daily generation usage.
- To display execution logs in the Debug Panel for local troubleshooting.
Zero Monetization Pledge: We do NOT use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, retargeting, or data broker sales.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Local browser sandbox vs. secure cloud database
chrome.storage.local (extension settings, prompt queue, audit logs) and IndexedDB (generated media blobs) are stored locally in your browser sandbox. Items remain until cleared by you or upon uninstalling the extension.
User profiles (email, user ID), subscription statuses, and daily generation counts are stored in secure cloud tables hosted on Supabase (https://*.supabase.co).
5. Third-Party Data Sharing & Transfers
Exclusively required service provider integrations
We do NOT sell or trade user data. Data is transmitted exclusively to specific service providers required for core Extension operations:
| Third-Party Service | Purpose of Sharing | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
Google Flow (labs.google) | Execute AI image & video generation requested by user | User prompt text & reference image parameters |
| Supabase | User authentication, subscription status, and usage count database | User email, user ID, subscription status, generation count |
| Dodo Payments | Pro subscription checkout & payment processing | User email & payment transaction details (processed directly) |
6. Data Security Measures
Robust encryption protocols
All communication between the Extension and cloud endpoints (Supabase API, Dodo Payments) is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Cloud databases are protected using AES-256 encryption at rest.
7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Compliance
Strict adherence to User Data Policies
“The use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”
- We only use user data to provide or improve single-purpose user-facing features.
- We do not transfer user data to third parties unless necessary to provide these single-purpose features.
- We do not use or transfer user data for serving personalized or targeted advertisements.
